in honor of grandma kay’s birthday

to age well, you’ve got to start young

the girls were busy – for hours – downstairs.
they were so creative, making all these different animal puppets, and then putting on a show for us

i count my blessings when the kiddos are happily ( and quietly ) reading and snuggling together

indie’s got it made – all cozy in a blanket, getting pulled through the house by her big sisters

we received a catalog in the mail with very beautiful – very expensive – costumes.

as sunny was oohing and ahhhhing, i, (rather coldheartedly) informed her she better start saving her money.  she didn’t seem at all discouraged, instead just headed downstairs.
a couple hours and multiple rolls of tape later, voila!  a peacock tail and mask.
