2 jalapeno - remove as many seeds as you want - or don't want
6 oz. Kale - roughly chopped
1 head broccoli - roughly chopped
4 cups bone broth
1 head garlic, cloves removed and minced
½ cup packed parsley
½ cup packed cilantro
juice of ½ lemon
1 - 1½ teaspoons salt
pepper
optional toppings:
sriracha
cilantro
roast brussels
seeds (pistachios, pumpkin, sunflower ... anything crunchy and salty )
feta or cotija cheese
Instructions
In a large pot, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add jalapeno, zucchini, broccoli, and kale. Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Add bone broth and bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Turn off heat and add garlic. Let cool for 15 minutes. Working it batches, blend with cilantro, parsley, lemon and sea salt until very smooth.
