our chore chart is supposed to eliminate reminding and nagging, but it’s been a real struggle for sunny to complete her list lately as she’s very easily sidetracked – sigh, i suppose she gets that from me

the kiddos were very excited for our first Christmas of the season

clint and i had to make a quick exit after supper, and less than an hour later, our family of 6 had been transformed to a family of 7.  while this may sound quick and easy, let me assure you that, while labor was mercifully quick, it was in no ways painless.  (full story to come….)

the kids were all thrilled with their new baby sister;  i don’t think they remember how small newborns are, and they were fascinated with indie’s tiny fingers and ears.

enjoying being inside and watching the snow outside (that and snuggling with my precious baby and making room service calls for coffee and chocolate chip cookies)
